As an AI Automation Specialist, you will architect and deploy cutting-edge automation solutions leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, and robotic process automation (RPA). You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design intelligent workflows, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact. Your work will directly influence how the organization operates, making processes faster, smarter, and more efficient. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-powered automation solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or custom Python-based frameworks Develop intelligent bots and workflows that handle repetitive tasks, data processing, and decision-making processes Integrate machine learning models and natural language processing into automation pipelines Analyze existing business processes to identify high-value automation opportunities Build and maintain APIs and integrations between various systems and platforms Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize solutions Document automation workflows, create technical specifications, and provide knowledge transfer Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Stay current with emerging AI and automation technologies and recommend new tools and approaches

**Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) * Minimum 2 years of experience in automation development, AI/ML implementation, or related roles * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C# * Experience working with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate * Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and predictive analytics * Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations * Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including their AI services
